CARRIER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
We offer different shipping solutions according to how fast you want to receive your order. All packages can be shipped either with DHL and UPS; and can be traced on the courier’s website or in your account.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Orders are shipped and delivered only on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding local and national holidays and excluding special delivery methods (such as Saturday delivery, when available). If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing time.
Orders placed on this site can be delivered only in Bulgaria. The courier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or to General Delivery/Poste Restante addresses.
COUNTRIES TO WHICH WE DELIVER
While shopping on "bg.diesel.com" only deliver to address within Bulgaria.
The shipping address of your order should match the Country website in which you place your order.
Please select the correct Country from the link in the header of every page.
TRACKING THE DELIVERY
You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking number we will provide by email, or from your account if you are a registered user. We will send you the shipping confirmation email just as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
You may also check the shipping status of your order on the "Orders" section in My Account or from the Track my order page below.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before you can track your parcel.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes with no additional shipping charges.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded on the original payment method.
